YOUR TASKS:

  • Creation and further development of our external as well as internal sustainability communication
  • Preparation of the sustainability report in accordance with CSRD together with the ESG department and accompany the audit by the auditor
  • Reporting intercace between the communications team, ESG department and ESG function owners and translating the operational content of our ESG activities into holistic management approaches as well as communication material and prespective external reporting
  • If required, representing the other subject areas of ESG communication, such as ratings and rankings or client / investor / bank inquieries, communication campaigns and events
  • Supporting external and internal corporate and capital market communications, including the preparation of financial reporting, press releases, employee letters, website, etc.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sustainability or comparable
  • At least 3 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years of experience in sustainability reporting / communication
  • Passion for sustainability topics and reporting
  • Extensive experience in the regulatory environment of current ESG topics
  • Ability to break down complex content in an understandable way and present it in both written and visually appealing formats
  • Experience in other areas of corporate communications, as well as international working experience and intercultural awareness, is a plus
  • Proficiency in English and German (written and spoken)
  • Creative and communicative team player (m/f/d) and committed networker (m/f/d)
  • Solution-oriented, independent and structured working style, as well as the ability to prioritize work tasks
